The only issues I have found so far are caused by a mod that I thought was updated. Took it out and so far the only issue I have found is a small minor one that really doesn't affect gameplay, but that was something added because of the patch, not the game itself.
I'm not having any issues with the solar panels that go on the roof. There are two different types, one for roofs and another for the ground.
