Haunted house is a lot type, so I guess if you don’t want the ghost activity from the pack you set your lot to plain old residential. I also sincerely hope they don’t tune down the fear, because everything in this game that’s spontaneous has been tuned down to the point of sedation. I doubt the fear emotion is something your sim will experience everyday, especially if they’re not living in a haunted house.
