Paranormal stuff-Will they nerf it?
So will they do the usual thing, release the pack and then nerf it down as soon as they receive any complaints?! Please don't!

Yes, it’s when they lower the number of chances you will experience an action or activity in your game. Unfortunately when it happens it almost invariably lowers the number to almost zero.
