Paranormal stuff-Will they nerf it?
So will they do the usual thing, release the pack and then nerf it down as soon as they receive any complaints?! Please don't!

There should be no need to nerf it. The only way to experience the haunting is to set the lot type to haunted house, which if you do, then it's your own fault. You can use every item from build/buy and CAS without ever seeing the paranormal aspect of this pack, so there should be no reason for any complaints. If anyone does complain, then they are doing it just to be complaining.
