I have all the packs and I will first say that I love all of them, but my favorite is vampires because of the old style of clothing, and buy mode items. Plus Forgotten Hollow even though small is one of my favorite communities. I even moved the Goths there along with their home.
Now if being able to camp out (anywhere) then you'll find Outdoor Retreat pretty handy. I have set up little campgrounds around in several of the community locations around the Sims 4 towns. Those would be the top two I would suggest.
If you get Outdoor Retreat before Jungle Adventure you'll be able to pack some camping supplies so your sim won't have to head back before they are ready. Outdoor Retreat includes a portable shower, cooler, tent, chairs, love seat, and several other items your sim can carry all in their personal inventory.
