Question about City Living lot traits
How destructive/useful/active are some of these traits? I'm still working on a Penthouse and I just got this expansion yesterday. I added haunted just for fun, how active is this and is it destruct...

haunted seems to work better or more often on public lots. with residential lots, you'll be lucky to see a ghost show up once a week. with public lots, they tend to show up pretty much every time you visit the lot after sundown. i have a vampire bar set up beneath a graveyard that has the haunted trait. sometimes it's got more ghosts than it does vampires, even on nights that aren't ghost night
also, for absolute silliness, you can put gnomes and gremlins on the same lot. they don't cancel each other out. i haven't actually done it to see what happens, but it's tempted me a few times
that is tempting to try lol
