There's another house up for sale in Newcrest. This time it's the house next to the Sauce family where my sim self's Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Tina live.
All will be revealed in the next update, in the mean time feel free to have a look around their home! Jimmy insists that serious offers are only accepted and will kick out anyone using their open house as an excuse to WooHoo in their hot tub or rocket ship!

rosemowThank you. This house was built by my sim self's late son Tommy after he graduated university in 1981. He lived there until he tragically died from anger in 1985.
Here is Tommy and his wife Miki (Nee Akiyama) in the house with their son Adam which i believe were taken on their first day. Miki started university a week later than Tommy so she was in her final term at university when they moved in. The second one features my very young looking sim self!
Jimmy and Tina filled in the wall where the staircase is in 1994.
Tommy's wife sold it to a local doctor in 1986 but he moved to be nearer his surgery and my sim self's uncle Jimmy and aunt Tina bought it from him in 1987. It's now 2007 in my current save so that makes it 20 years they've lived in the same house.
It is great that they have lived there 20 years 🙂They are lovely photos of the sims in the house.

The home is lovely! 🙂 Very nice exterior design and balcony. The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice brown,black and grey colours. The bedrooms are very nice. Very nice fireplace sitting and tv watching area. The garage gym, games,bar and painting areas are great.
