Recovering Sims from a cheated (ish) save file

Hi, I’ve recently decided to merge all of my past Sims 4 saves into one mega save with a few choice mods which I like installed. The problem is that in my old save file I used a mod to magically age down a Sim of mine who I accidentally aged up from teen straight to adult when I fed them their birthday cake a few seconds after they aged up to young adult. So I was curious, if there’s a way to transfer part of my Sims (perhaps just the designs and familial relations) without transferring over the “cheated” parts, or if it’s best to just leave them in their original save file? Any help is greatly appreciated :)
