Rita Coombes (HSY Teacher): Secret Vampire or Undercover Hunter?

So, I have a teenaged vampire, Chloe. Chloe has been attending Copperdale High School but also sneaking off to the pier at night as well as biting classmates and random visitors to the house. Her human mother seems to have taken the whole vampire bit in stride (she's a permissive, hippy and artist type). Now in-game developments have introduced the teacher Rita Coombes as a potential story arc.
Chloe is in need of a vampire mentor to show her the ropes (like blood bags instead of off-the-hoof) but I am also toying with the idea of Rita as a secret adversary. Therefore is Rita Coombes an ancient vampire or an undercover vampire hunter; either way aiming to protect the young students of Copperdale.
