The OP bought one online. You cannot order pet treats from the computer, only rodent treats.
@Pandasim2 Only thing I want to ask is have you tried repairing the game by right-clicking on it in Origin? It does help sometimes.
Also, do you have any mods or CC. These may also cause problems.
