Background story, short -
Mateo had been strung up on his best friend, Keiko for years. He was beginning to think he would never fall for anybody else. Izabella was a single mother of 2 young kids. Her ex, Johnny, got two other women pregnant while they were together. Just over a year ago, Izabella invited her new neighbours over for dinner, where she met Mateo. They clicked instantly.
