Alright, I have lots of questions so far lol. My main one right now is how to rotate the camera with the hot keys or whatever it is since I cant seem to find TS3 style buttons..

If you go into options there's an option to turn on TS3 style camera, it was one of the first things I did.

I switched it to three style, but I might switch over eventually. You know, baby steps.

I use the sims 3 camera which seems to work exactly the same as what I'm used to in sims 2 and sims 3. Right click and drag to pan and click and hold the wheel to rotate and pitch. I don't really get the sims 4 camera. Like... why is it even there? It seems to make things unnecessarily difficult. Is there really no way at all to control the pitch manually? It seems like you can drag the screen around which is similar to panning around with the sims 3 camera and you can horizontally rotate, but the pitch (vertical tilt) seems to only adjust automatically with the zoom. I can't be zoomed in close but tilted up or zoomed out far but tilted down etc. I don't like that and I doubt I'll ever get used to it as it totally takes away precision of control. Hopefully if there is a sims 5 they don't just slap this sims 4 disaster of a camera on there and call it a day.

Yeah, I am having fun other than camera controls. I'm sure this will just take some getting used to, but I really am having issues with it.

I should revise to say that specifically what I am having issues with is tilting the camera up or down without having to zoom out.

I'm also finding that Edge Scroll isn't always responsive like it should be. Sometimes not at all, othertimes it is moving way too slowly.

I hope they fix it, you can use the keyboard and the response will be better.

my right mouse button isn't rotating the view. I chose the Sims3 option, but still can't manage to rotate the view. suggestions?
