Where will the skating be that has been announced with the Sims 4 Seasons as there is no new world? Will it be like the bowling night stuff packer where the bowling alleys is HUGE!! Or will it possibl...

Actually I don't think so. They would have to patch them in every of the premade worlds and thats too much work.
City Living has seasonal premade parts where the festivals are, but not the other worlds. So, if we don't get a new world, I guess season parks will be on lots and you can always edit lots. :)
Looks good for your indoor skating rink. (And I can have my own Wollman Rink in Sun Myshuno...)
I think one of the Gurus confirmed that the skating rings would just appear in most worlds.
