Setting up a club, need help with requirements

what can be done with club requirements though is, to choose different traits simultanously, then not every of the traits is required only one of them
i have a club with required traits mean, evil, insane, jealous, loner, gloomy & hot headed, the head of the club has only the mean trait, it was easier that way to find several potential club members
