I already have many spooky, haunted, buildings in my game... but their households will not be Paranormal Investigators. It is great because some of my Gigs take place at this spooky lots, I enjoy the Gigs a lot more. I built 3 lots to play this stuffpack: one for a vampire, one for a spellcaster and one for a human sim. Each house works different, I do not feel the gameplay is repetitive. Or maybe is because my sims are so different. Oh and the Welcome Wagon is the best :D This are the houses:
