Shining sims: Is it just me?

I've never seen that in my game, but I recently saw a thread where someone's pet was super shiny like that. I wonder if it's a bug of the same type?

Nope, not in my game. Was going to ask if any of those sims had 3D eyelashes and rings on, cause that can cause some funkiness I hear. But you just said no CC lol.

The only weird thing I've had in my game lately was my sim being a solid color, where her skin, hair, clothes, etc. were all the same color, with black and white bits here and there. Turns out it was because she had colored CC freckles, and she went back to normal after I took them off.

@WildIrishBanshee i know that mccc has a clothing category to protect townies from bad clothing options, but i never used it... maybe could be it, but i want to make sure i'm not the only one here.

Not just you! I've had the same experience as well, with the same sim! (sorry, long time lurker/newly signed in, can't upload)

That is caused by CC, usually alpha. But it can happen with other CC as well.

I don't have CC though. Only have MC

I've seen it once or twice. Didn't think much of it though, thought it was some weird costume or something.

Check your video card, it may need updating.
