Its an awesome Mod and I feel like something is missing in my game when I play without it. I too recommend looking into the settings and information Deaderpool has on his site and then playing around with it in the game and finding which settings fit your play style. With the new patch coming I would recommend you get everything settled first if you choose to use the mod and then patch your game that way when He updates the mod you will have the setting you like in your game already.
