Jennifer's small business, and since I am no good with names, it is named, Read and Relax
Where sims can come and listen to writing lectures, take part in a class, or just read a book and enjoy a treat from the coffee bar. They can also buy copies of books Jennifer writes, or they can buy the Green lady lost tome book.
Ava Flores's Small Business, Flores Garden Cafe
At Flores Garden Cafe, sims can tend and harvest the plants, fish, listen to a lecture or take part in a class (Gardening and Fishing) or get some food or drink from the coffee bar.
Small business Gym, Spencer Gym
A simple gym where sims can work out and be mentored, or can swim in the pool or play on the lawn slide item. At the gym, sims will rise their fitness skill in some way.
Read and Relax, Flores Garden Cafe and Spencer Gym are all great businesses! 🙂The design and furnishing of each one of them is very nice! It is great that sims can come and do a variety of activities at each business. They are great places for building up skill levels or just enjoy spending time there. It is nice with the last two that there are activities to do both indoors and outside.
