Sim dropping "Sleep" from Que -SOLVED-

My new Sim is dropping the command to Sleep from her que. It is an adult Sim and a bunk bed. She is not giving me the "I cant get there" cry. Mods yes. CC no. Positive for MOO (move objects on). Clear cache and Repair does not seem to have worked.

Please help me find where it is going wrong.

  • I get this sometimes when I’m play-testing a build. It usually turns out to be something super tiny - like the bed I placed with MOO just needs to move a fraction over and it’s fine. Or, the bed itself is fine but there’s a tight spot somewhere along the way TO the bed and the sim won’t squeeze through. I had that in a bathroom I was building just tonight. With MOO off, the game let me place my shower, sink, and toilet, no problem. But when I tried to send the sim to the toilet…nothing. Like you said, no waving of the arm and complaining; the action just dropped from the queue and nothing happened. I rearranged the bathroom (it was too tight a squeeze between the sink and shower which blocked her path to the toilet) and now it’s fine. So maybe try wiggling things around a little with MOO off. I find it’s helpful to click the floor along the way, doing ‘go there’ until I find the exact spot the sim can’t ‘go there’. ?

Yep. Was just going through that process simsinmysleep. Turns out it is something with MOO, because when I shifted everything out but the bunk, working. Put the wardrobe back next snug against the bunk and the picture on the wall with the bunk, all good. But the sofa chair things seem to be the issue.

This is a new Sim with her mother before university. In just a few days she will move out and the mother will become a side-character; the house only visited on occasion (I took ages decorating before I realized this too, I'm slow sometimes!)

Thing being I can leave the seating out for now and put it back in once Jackie moves. Thanks for the advice.
