Sim prisoners - tips needed to prevent escape

I could, and I tried this... the problem with that is, the vampire can't get in and out. Yes, he can use mist and bat forms to get around... but somehow if there is no door the option is gone to teleport as anything. Which is weird, why would need doors if you can teleport. But apparently you need doors to get around, so that's not an option. Thanks for the suggestion tho.
Same for any sim. If you delete the door or stairs before you leave the save, as soon as you go back you have to put them back so you can confine the prisoner again.
