Sim prisoners - tips needed to prevent escape

Oh this sucks. I was thinking at later stage in my gameplay to create a prison and chuck one of my criminal sims into it for extended time because he got caught. But knowing that there will be an orange wearing prisoners roaming around the hood instead of locked up, really sets me off that idea :neutral:
