Hey here's another life hack (temporarely I hope):
When the game fills your world with weird sims because the genetics of random townies are broken:
1. Don't delete them, the game will just replace them.
2. Load them up in CAS from Manage Worlds. Then either remake them, or if you're lazy like me, just click the button to download a new household member from the Gallery! Then delete the first sim and go back to the game. Voilá! Instant random diversity!
