I found out that in the doctor career to advance at a certain level you need to do 5 surgeries. The thing is my sim wouldn’t get patients that needed surgery, so risking malpractice lawsuits I incorrectly diagnosed patients with the illnesses that do require surgery. Luckily it still counted towards the promotion task. My sim lost some work performance and the patient disliked my sim,but I think it was all worth it.
