Sims losing cc clothing even tho I only moved my save folder and not my cc folder

Where did you move the save folder to?

You have to have your saves and cc folders in the same Sims4 folder, you will also need to copy the cfg file in your old mods folder and paste it into your new mods folder if you have moved to a new Sims4 folder with a new mods folder. Because the cfg file is what “remembers you had your sims in cc. But if you saved when you exited after seeing they weren’t wearing the cc anymore you will have to redress them anyway.
