If those accounts can get a decent amount of followers and win the heart of the developers, then maybe...but I think Maxis receives a lot of messages from people already about things that they want in the sims4... and there are probably many people at Maxis that wants to add different things as well.
They also have existing features and are probably planning to release other features as well, like expanding sentiments for example. So them hearing that people want a sims3 memory system for example might not work at all with what they have planned...
But things like the heart-shaped bed, sure if an account like that get a large amount of followers then Maxis might feel more interested in making it.
