It's always summer, sims will never overheat, but they can sunbathe and get tan. No monsoons. I had a sim go blue from a cold patch of water once, but he recovered, so I'm not sure if there is death by freezing without Seasons (I think not). Mermaids cannot summon bad weather.
On the same account no acid rain for Eco Lifestyle - that's the only thing I'm sad about.
