So how is Snowy Escape going to work without Seasons?

Hey guys, So in the past whenever we got Seasons or vacations we also got the winter activities to go with that. Now the pack has been split up (which honestly I don't know what I think of this...) ...

The snow will probably just be still snow, there will be no snowing or any other weather conditions without the pack and snow activities such as making a snowman wont be there without seasons.
