good to know about the treats! and great tre- I mean tips overall! I've actually mostly neglected the treat-side of the clinic simply because my sim is usually so busy bringing people in for treatment. my employees aren't exactly inept but they definitely choose their own pace. I'm pushing 3.5 stars currently and need to up my environmental ambiance for my picky patients. pets also tend to leave messes in every room at my clinic so I'm about to ready to plop a simlish brand roomba in every corner.
