Sorry for the stupid question but what is Razer Chroma?

Thx guys! That's what I was thinking but it seemed like an odd option, so I thought I was missing something, something more with a video card! I don't use a headset, my mouse is new (not Razer) and, while I'm going to need a new keyboard in the next few months - I hate that the one that came with my PC already has the lettering rubbing off so big blobs of blue - I don't know if this feature would be enough to steer me in that direction. :)
