Spellcaster child.
Does anyone know why a child sim with mogul parents, all sims made in CAS, would age up to a teen with spellcaster rank 4? Seems odd especially since she’s not practiced magic yet.

Sounds like a bug to me. I've never had a born spellcaster age up to anything above rank 1 (Apprentice), even if they were born with the Ancient Bloodline.
