I like the make a mess interaction because it makes child/toddler sims a bit more realistic, even if that means they can be a nuisance sometimes.
However, I do have a mod to lower the prevalence of it, so now I still see it but not quite so often. I also have another mod that spawns janitors at my community lots, so when they do make a mess, a sim is pretty quick to clean it up.

as a side note, wouldn't that playground look so much better with a set of swings and a slide instead of consisting of 3 monkey bars?? Oh, how I miss being able to edit the worlds ;___;

So.. Is it strange that I am not getting it? I never seen any public soaces full of that. Even if I saw one kid doing it once they finish they immediately clean it on their own.

It's funny because all my parks and playgrounds look like that. It's like all of the kids in the hood just have to come out and make a giant mess. At least other sims do clean it up though.... for the most part. Also, it does bug me a little how they will make a mess in a restaurant as well.

This is still a problem in my game. In fact one of my sims children brought a friend over and the little girl started making a mess in my house. I had to have him ask her to leave. There's no way she's going to be friends with him anymore after pulling that but I really wish there was a way for any adult to tell them to stop doing that. Or that it's inappropriate. Sigh...
