Sudden Glimmerstone in Inventory, wheres it come from???

Only just got back into playing the sims past few days and today I notice that my none witch custom made sim suddenly had a Glimmerstone in his inventory. No clue where its come from. He's currently f...

They do have a cauldron on their lot and he did make some mac & cheese in it.
