Kava is an anxiolytic, people drink that where I've lived. To my knowledge it is non alcoholic, put if I am wrong. I wonder why not kava.
I think because it can make sims dazed, which mimics the effects of drugs, so I suppose due to the game rating that’s why teens can’t partake. I don’t think they can use the bubble blower either for the same reason. But I don’t totally remember because I haven’t used it in awhile.
They can use the bubble blower, but they cough and sputter and don't like it (at least that's what my teens did). They don't get into it and float around like adults do.
