The Bluffs "Clean-Up" ?
Is there a mod, or some way to remove the graffiti and random dance machine nonsense on the Bluffs surrounding area (as well as the Von Haunt Estate grounds, ancient ruins, etc)? I don't want that ...

Ah, that might be the case! I haven't visited the lots outside of Build Mode - so it's entirely possible they only spawn during events - and show in build mode so you can plan builds around the spawn areas! I'll have to double check this - because if that's the case, my problem has pretty much solved itself!
