The (HS) height question

I would like it if they do but also I don't think they will sadly.

Yeah, I do wish they would make the teens look less like adults in some way.

They don't seem any shorter in the trailer, so I don't think they adjusted their height in any way.

I miss the teens being shorter too. That's the one thing that made teens so way better in Sims 3. B) Oh well. :'(

Everyone is a different height, including adults (we're not all the same height either; but the sims still are); but that would just mess with animations. I am sure there are other ways to help teen sims to appear younger though.

I have never heard anyone from Maxis mention if they would ever adjust the height for teens so I unfortunately think that's never going to happen.

I use a simple height slider myself and all animations look fine except a few animations.

I think they could do it if there's enough people making noise about it. If you asked a few years ago, most people would tell you pronouns were a pipe dream, but that happened.

Not that it would be easy, or fast. They'd have to rework a lot of animations and with the game being so big, there's a good chance they'd miss a few. Though, I think most people would be okay with that.

For the record, I would really like shorter teens, as well.

I really like my shorter teens.
They feel right to me, and they even look younger with a cute factor about them somehow and they lose it when they age up to young adult.

But I do wish someone would make a version of this mod that would give them a growth spurt about halfway through the teen stage and they become the teens as we know them now. That way you can play them as immature teens early in their stage and mature teens near the end.


I have my doubts that EA will ever do anything about TS4 teens, so I will have to be content with mods.
