Is that a blue lizard on the snow? The blue colour of it looks great on the snowy ground.
Its a netherworld fissure from the hallowed grounds lot trait. Stick your hand in for a good time :P
Haha, my sim did stick her hand in once. I couldn't resist.

Edit: Uhm, sounds like a Life & Death feature that I did not explore yet...?
Add the "hallowed grounds" lot trait to a lot and wait :)
