I had a scientist sim a few years ago who I was desperate to get abducted by aliens. I had him “contact aliens” on the satellite dish every night. By the time he finally got abducted, he was 110 days old. He did get pregnant and, immediately after giving birth, keeled over and died. His wife (Bella Goth) was also nearing death by this time, but luckily their daughter was able to step in and care for the alien baby.
Wow, looks like I spoke too soon. Caleb Vatore’s son, Edward, just joined the scientist career and was abducted while stargazing after his first day at work. Given my previous experience, I thought it would take much longer to get him abducted. Clearly aliens like some sims more than others! Edward is now pregnant - I wonder if the baby will be an alien vampire? His wife, Bella, is pregnant, too (yes, Twilight reference. I couldn’t help it. And, yes, if they have a baby girl she will be Renesmee :# )
Haha, wow, great references! The first abduction was a fluke, but Cory started to get abducted often when I began to send him into space, so that's a relatively easy way to induce it!

Also, update; Cory is indeed immortal and somehow totally resistant to my attempts at ending that. (it's for science! And also because the household is way too full to manage everyone and I need to cut it down a bit heh)
