The Sims 4: Horse Ranch Official Screenshot Thread

If you've been following along in the countdown thread, you know that we're now less than 24 hours from baby goat pack Horse Ranch and I want to see all of your baby goats builds!

        The unicorn and his spellcaster family live in the Farm of the magic animals in Moonwood Mill, a building that was inspired by a set from the Lego Dreamzzz series 😀

        They fight the werewolves and have just gotten a baby ...

    My community stables.  1 sim and 7 horses. 

    This is the place where sims buy horses from in my main save (other saves it goes like in game normally) . I manually take away the amount the horse is worth/costs. 

    I sometimes play this household, with lots of maxmotives, to skill horses a bit, not all have similar skill levels.  And one horse may cost more to buy than another.

        Maxmotives often when "play" these (not often) , this household is mostly for other sims to buy horses from, or riding for those who cannot have own horse 🙂

      Oh, that sounds so cool, visiting a lot to actually watch and communicate with a horse before buying it! I might need to copy this. I think most households that will have a horse have already got their animal, but there will always be some more, eventually. I do something similar with chicken, trying to have sims buy their coop filler from an actual chicken farm. As they don't count towards the 8 sim limit, it is probably easier to combine the business with having a family.

      I love it! I have a similar household like this, I turned the Duke's Hall park into a residential with one Sim living there with six horses - 3 male, 3 female. He breeds them and the offspring are "sold" to other households. I actually enjoy trying to care for all of the horses. The ranch hand definitely helps!

      I own the pack since shortly after it was released, but I haven't also really played with horses yet, apart from taking pics. But I love the way the horses have been brought into the game. Very lifelike and detailed! 💓 Wish you lots of fun Gagea25

      May I btw ask you (or someone else here who knows) how to upload your own avatar? 🙂 

      I also would like to share som pics to the new Forum. 🤗 Oh and I love the large variety of smilies we finally have!

        You have some beautiful horses and a lovely Sim too!

        Unfortunately we can't use a custom avatar. Only Heroes can, I think. They are appointed as helpers. I do hope we get more presets to choose from eventually at least. Or maybe we'll eventually be able to upload an avatar.

    I didn't know horses could drink while being ridden (it makes sense, but I never expected this to be in game).

    And the expressions 😂

      Oh wow, I didn't know that either! I was surprised recently to find out that sometimes my Sim can fix the jumps from on his horse as well. Sometimes he dismounts, but a few times he didn't, he stayed on, which was much more convenient.
