I’d love Story Progression in this game, but done properly. Obviously. (though I even love Sims 3’s crippled version, I’m just that kind of player) With the option to disable it for those who don’t want it, also obviously. I love focusing on one household and for me it’s just fun when the world around my sims evolves, live their own lives. Have careers, love affairs, kids. Bring unexpected surprises. For me that’s simply a very important ingredient in a life simulation game. I certainly don’t want this aspect to be taken back to the TS 1 and 2 situation, where nobody even ages along with your own sims. I mean, that only caters rotational players who want to play each and every household in town. I don’t think this franchise should only cater rotational players.
