The Sims 4 lacks story and depth

I agree, but I do not mean story like a story in a novel or a movie where the path is linear and no matter what happens, the outcome is the same. I meant that it lacks the tools and ability to create your own story and story elements. Packs like Strangerville were the exact opposite of what most people wanted, hence why I never mentioned it.
