Thanks! The exterior design and upper balcony were part of earlier renovations. I have to admit that the base game hot tub does have some nice swatches. The interior furnishing and bedroom designs went through numerous changes. There's also a video game console (from the Cozy Celebrations event) in the living room; although, Yusei is the one who uses it the most. The basement is an addition to their home, and I thought would put the Private Hot Spring (from Snowy Escape) styled room into good use. It probably was Laura who chose the red color scheme for the basement hallway and ballroom.
The renovation of their home is lovely! 🙂The exterior design and balconies are great! Very nice hot tub and outdoors dining patio. The interior furnishing and layout are lovely! The bedrooms designs are very nice. The living room is lovely to sit, chat, relax and watch tv or enjoy playing chess. The basement areas are great! Very nice hot springs to relax in and the ballroom is lovely for them to enjoy dancing or hold a Ball. The red colour is elegant.

I didn't do any Royalty & Legacy related gameplay today, but I've finished with the most recent renovation of Laura, Kakashi, and Yusei's current home. (I've lost track of how many times that I renovated Parkshore, but looks much better than when the trio moved in.)
One of the stairs leads to the basement.1st floor: dining room; kitchen; downstairs bathroom; living roomBasement: two guest rooms; study; entertainment/ball room (there isn't a bar, since I don't want the trio to autonomously mix drinks); private hot springs, which replaced two bathrooms2nd floor: Guest room, Yusei's bedroom (the picture is of Ella, one of Yusei's two illegitimate children); upstairs bathroom; Mollie's bedroom (it's still hers even though she was sent to "foster care"); Laura and Kakashi's bedroom - the_mikado23 hours agoSeasoned Veteran
It makes sense to me to combine the gym equipment with the pool, and eventually I'd unlock some decor to give it an energised mood. This pack has the most beautiful stone floors and walls, and I've used the new water colour too.
The outside is so pretty, it's the shape I want it to be. But the inside doesn't fit together quite right. I don't like L-shaped rooms. I'm staring at the last pic and moving things around in my mind. This has been an interesting excercise regardless. I've had some Blue Blood sims and figured out the mechanics.
Nice looking palace!🤩
The palace is lovely! 🙂The exterior design, towers and windows are great! The interior furnishing is lovely. Very nice dining room. It is great that press conferences are also held there. The basement gym and pool area are very nice for enjoying swimming and building up the fitness skill. The bedrooms designs are lovely and very nice piano music nook 🙂

Modern Development boosts career pay. So you've gotta have royalty in Evergreen Harbour at least once, because it makes the richest royals. Instead of piggybacking on Enzo Alto, I've been speedrunning my own dynasty and royal family here. I think the peak is ~16k/day with all possible multipliers: highest tax, modern dev, business savvy, easy street, the knowledge, valedictorian.
King of the Quarry. A mess of styles. At one stage it was a half-timbered Tudor.
Tiny 4x2 kitchen, huge dining room which is also the state room for press conferences. The main hall fits the square dance floor, but when it's not needed I remove it. The practice dummy is obviously temporary too.

I was just about to type such a comment!
I think the commoners are going to love Rosalina 🥰 Omg, that combination of traits! 😬 Pierre really did get lucky she dumped him 😮💨
