I have already done this scenario years ago. :)
My Miss Peregrine sim had an orphanage of peculiar children.

Actually it was four toddlers. There were already two other children in the home and one was still a toddler.
It was rough because Miss Peregrine was also trying to make money from her garden and also writing children's books.
