A lot already mentioned is very cool and which I would LOVE to have in game like the spiral staircase and a treehouse. I'd love a treehouse in my Sims gardens.
I'd also personally would love a typewriter for only the writer skill for our luddite Sims and for those that would prefer a less technology for our Sims.
I'd also would want a working lift (elevator) for normal houses.
More active games like baseball for instance. Or a ball and a catcher's mitts so kids can play catch with their parents and other adults/teens and each others.
Adopting children and teens outside of the adoption pool or a real fostering ability.
And another thing. I do miss couples being able to spoon or hug when sleeping together. I'd love to have that back.
