She was a toddler at that point (with the inquisitive trait). She aged up in-game without any problems as a child and as a teen, at which points I selected the creative and outgoing traits, respectively. Now, after several Sim weeks of being a teen she's starting to have this negative moodlet caused by a supposed geek trait. I have definitely seen this before when I've changed a Sim's trait using CAS or when I've downloaded a Sim from the gallery, but I've never had this happen with a Sim that I've raised from toddlerhood.

Even though she has never had the geek trait, perhaps try using the cheat to remove that trait and see if that may help
