I have never played a pre-made Sim in TS4 - unless it was for experimenting. When toddlers came out, I took over the Goth household and turned Mortimer Goth into a toddler - just to see what would happen - he did actually turn into a toddler and retain his relationship statuses.
My current main save features a brother-sister duo that came with the base game, so they count as premades -- the Purdue household. I gave both of them makeovers and started playing them. Currently Ollie Purdue is a painter, married to Aicha (who he met courtesy of the Wishing Well), and has 3 children: Kiara, Jamal and Jamilah (the last two boy-girl twins). Cassidy is at the top of the Public Relations career, married to Gunther Munch and has two children with him: Jaxon and Michaela. She and Gunther are also raising Gunther's stepson Emory Holiday from his marriage to Summer; she had twins with Gavin Richards (Emory and Cameron) and when she and Gunther split she sent Cameron off to live with his birth father.
