I seem to get them more often than not. Au naturel. I had to get a mod so I can choose to have just one.
It works great! As soon as my sim got pregnant I set her to have one and chose the sex to be girl. I finally feel back in control of that aspect of the game instead of twins all the time. If you want to know which one, pm me and I'll get you the link.
