Update April 16

I'm happy now to have the action cool downs on console. It was getting ridiculous how many drinks my foodie, usually inspired and loves mixology sim was making. She wasn't even drinking the ones she'd made either, just kept making more and more and leaving them on the bar 😂 and they'll be no more family gatherings around the computer as they wait in line to autonomously use it either so that'll be a nice change 👍
