I miss the brief moment where the arms accidentally pull out your Sim's heart and they die for a brief second before promptly being brought back to life. It happened literally every time you did it, but it added character to something that used to be a generic rabbit hole.

I never liked that animation. I always found it very disconcerting. At the very least, malpractice much?

I do wish the surgery machine would work as intended, though - hopefully it'll make into one of the patches.
