I would like more 40x30 lots. Those are my favorite to build on, you have plenty of room for a decent sized home with a yard. The smaller 20x30 lots always seem cramped, not much acreage. A few extra 50x50 and 64x64 lots would be very helpful, but I usually wind up with a huge plot that requires a ton of landscaping. I could spend hours on the landscaping alone... lol
