Is there a reason that I can't get the weather cheats to work? I did the testingcheats true then add the one I wanted ...

The weather machine fortunately is not affected, however any weather cheats typed in the cheat bar no longer work without having the mod. I believe MCCC fixes it automatically too, but not 100% sure.
I didn't know we had weather cheats in the game without mods.
